As we give way to Christmas day, the midnight mass/first liturgy of Christmastide starts at 11:00 o'clock in the evening, presided over by Fr. Bensen Valiyavetil, C.P. The white candle in the advent wreath was lit by Atty. Rudy Gabasan. The white candle called "Christ Candle" represents the life of Christ.
Before the mass ended, Fr. Ramel Poquita, C.P. led a prayer for peace and lit all the candles while singing the song "Heal Our Land." After the Christmas Eve mass, we venerated the statue of the infant Jesus by kissing the baby Jesus.
After dinner, we celebrated our Christmas Party and Exchange Gifts together with the other communities outside Sta. Martha and the Philippine Embassy Staff. It was a simple yet happy celebration.
On December 25, Christmas Day, we celebrated the mass inside the cave called "Bahay ni Martha." Presided over by Fr. Erick Funtanares concelebrated with Fr. Ramel Poquita, Fr. Mark Raegan Tobias and Fr. Bensen Valiyavetil.
